MODERN CONTEMPORARY
This was designed originally as a one-storey residential area. With the clients’ request to provide more space, ESCalma Design and Associates (ESCDA) combined their first design to the new design to come up with a two-storey residential area. There big open spaces going to lanai that allows the cool breeze to flow freely throughout the house.
